Follow these steps to easily reset your password

You can request a new password like this:
1. Click the Log In button in the top right corner of the website.
2. Click the Reset Password? link.
3. Click the Mobile Number button.
4. Type in your cell phone number and press the Continue button. Please keep the webpage open and only minimize when checking your OTP SMS as you would need to enter the pin.
5. An OTP (One Time PIN) will be SMSed to your cell phone number.
6. Type in the OTP and the new password you want to use.
7. Click the Continue button.
Your password will be changed and you will be automatically logged in to your account if successful.
When completing the reset password steps, ensure that you are entering a mobile number that is actively used and can receive SMSs, this would have to be the same mobile number which your account is registered with. And that your mobile data connection is strong enough.
