Can I change my password after registration?

You can change your password at any time on your profile:

1. Click the Profile Icon in the top right corner of the website.

2. Click My Profile on the menu that appears.

3. Find and click the Change Password menu option.

4. Type in your current password and a new password.

5. Click the Update button.

Your password will be changed if successful.

How to change your password if you are unable to log in and forgot your password:

1. Click the Log In button in the top right corner of the website.
2. Click the Forgot Password? link.
3. Click the Mobile Number button.
4. Type in your cell phone number and press the Continue button. Your cell phone number should begin with the country code or 0.
5. An OTP (One Time PIN) will be SMSed to your cell phone number.
6. Type in the OTP and the new password you want to use.
7. Click the Continue button. 

Your password will be changed, and you will be automatically logged in to your account if successful.

How to change your password if you have forgot the mobile number you registered with and your password:

In order for us to change your mobile number completely, we would need the following details from you and you would need to email us at [email protected]:

1. Full name
2. ID number
3. Both, the number you have registered with and the number you would like to update to.
4. A photo of yourself, showing your face, holding your ID which needs to be clear enough to see all information.
5. Your bank statement that is verified within 3 months.
