Can I change my username?
Changing your username (mobile number) is possible, especially if you are changing your mobile number.

If you can remember your password, and are able to log in. You will be able to change your username (mobile number) by following the below instructions:
1. Click the Profile Icon in the top right corner of the website.
2. Click My Profile on the menu that appears.
3. Find the Username box and change the number to a new phone number.
4. Click the Change Username button.
5. A message will appear asking if you are sure you want to change your username. Click the Change button when you are ready.
6. An OTP (One Time PIN) will be sent to your new phone number.
7. Type in the OTP and click Verify.
Your username will be changed and you will need to log in again with your new username if successful.
Please note that the mobile number you have used to register would need to be able to receive SMS's like the OTP SMS you need for registering or changing your username/password.
If you cannot remember your password, and unable to log in. You will be able to change your username (mobile number) by following the below steps:
Send an email to [email protected] and include the below details:
1. Full names.
2. ID number.
3. Both the incorrect number registered with us and the number you would like to change to.
4. Photo of ID smart card, front and back. Or photo of ID green book, both front pages.
5. Photo of yourself holding your ID(clear enough to see ID information and your face)
Once you have sent your email, our Support will be able to further assist you.
