How Do I Make A Withdrawal With Jabula Bets

To withdraw funds from your account via EFT:

1. Click the Profile Icon in the top right corner of the Jabula Bets website when logged in.

2. Click Withdraw.

3. Type in the amount you want to withdraw.

4. Fill in your bank details.

5. Click Update Banking Details.

6. Click Create Withdrawal Request.

The funds you have withdrawn will now be locked / pending if your withdrawal request is successful. This means that your withdrawal is locked until processed. Once your request is successfully paid, it will disappear from your wallet. If you find that it has been returned back to your available balance, this means our system has declined it. Please check your emails as the withdrawals team would have sent out an email explaining why. 

Please note that withdrawals are processed twice a day, Monday to Friday. If a request is made on the weekend, it will be processed the following Monday. From the time your request has been processed, it will then take up to 24 hours.
