Jabula Bets Refer A Friend Promotion 

How to Refer a Friend:

1. Send an email to [email protected]

2. In your email please cc/include your friend/family member email address (so that they will also receive the same email).

3. Please say in your email that you (Include your name and cell phone number) have referred your friend or family member cc’d on this email. Please provide their name and cellphone number of the person you have referred.

4. Jabula Bets marketing team will than contact both the referrer and the referee to confirm their Jabula Bets account details, once all promotion requirements are met the referrer will be credited accordingly.

Terms and Conditions

5. By choosing to participate in the Jabula Bets Refer A Friend Promotion, offered by Jabula Bets, you as the player acknowledge and accept, by virtue of participation, to the terms and conditions stipulated below.

6. The Refer A Friend promotion is only valid to registered Jabula Bets members aged 18 years or over. No persons under the age of 18 years are permitted to gamble.

7. The Refer A Friend promotion applies to all registered verified Jabula Bets players that have activated their Jabula bets betting account by submitting their Fica documents.

8. The Refer A Friend promotion is only valid from 30 September 2024 until 29 September 2025.

9.To be successfully entered into the Refer A Friend promotion verified players will have to refer 3 or more friends to register with Jabula Bets, have had made a deposit R10 or more and placed a bet on any event or game available on Jabula Bets. For every successful active referee, the referrer will get an entry into a draw to win a share of R10 000.

10. Draws will take place every month on the below dates:

o 3 - 5 successful friend referrals R120 X 20 lucky customers

o 6 - 10 successful friend referrals R 200 X 15 customers

o 11 - 15 successful friend referrals R 250 X 10 customers

o 16 - 20 successful friend referrals R 420 X 5 customers

11. All referrals are required to make a minimum of R50 a before the referrer can be entered into the draw.

12. Players may not transfer, substitute, exchange or withdraw the Refer A Friend fund allocations to them at any time.

13. A players total account balance consists of a Cash balance and Bonus balance. Withdrawals cannot be made from the Bonus balance.

14. The Refer A Friend promotion will only be allocated to the players account once all the promotion requirements are met.

15. Winnings on the Jabula Bets referrers bonus is capped at R3000 .

16. Jabula Bets reserves the right to determine whether a player successfully qualifies for the Refer A Friend promotion entirely at their own discretion.

17. If you as a new player do not agree with these terms and conditions, you are not permitted to participate in such promotions and should not accept a bonus offer.

18. Players are required to submit all FICA Documents and pass FICA verification before any winnings will be allowed to be withdrawn by the customer.

19. If irregular play is identified or it is found that fraudulent information was used when registering their Jabula Bets account upon withdrawal, all history of play and winnings generated from that account will be voided, and the account closed. Jabula Bets reserves the rights to report such activity to the relevant legal authorities for further action

20. Any person who is a director, member, partner, employee or agent of, or a consultant to Jabula Bets, or any person or entity who has a directly or indirect relationship with Jabula Bets, or a supplier of goods and/or services in connection with Jabula Bets, is disqualified from participating in Refer A Friend Jabula Bets may, at its discretion, disqualify fraudulent entries or entries that do not comply with these Terms and Conditions.

21. The player shall not hold Jabula Bets liable for any issues, regardless of the cause, and shall not hold Jabula Bets liable for any problems or technical malfunctions of any network, computer system, hardware or software related, traffic congestion, or any combination thereof, or any other technical or other problems.

22. Self-Excluded persons are not allowed to register an account with Jabula Bets and partake in any promotions provided by Jabula Bets. If it is found that a self-excluded player has created an account with Jabula Bets, their account will be closed with immediate effect and will be reported accordingly.

23. Jabula Bets reserves the right to withhold any withdrawals and/or remove all winnings, in the interests of fair gaming, should it be identified that irregular game play has occurred.

24. Jabula Bets reserves the right to withdraw or modify the terms and conditions of Refer A Friend at any time if deemed necessary, after first informing the Western Cape Gambling and Racing Board, thereof. 27. Jabula Bets General Terms and Conditions shall apply. Players are advised to read these in conjunction with all other terms and conditions relating to promotions. Should there be a discrepancy between Refer A Friend terms and conditions, the general, terms and conditions shall take preference.
